Fathom has quickly become invaluable for my meetings - it captures all the information I need, puts it into a useful and useable format, and the Ask Fathom feature is incredibly helpful. As a writer interviewing people for articles, it's taken a lot of the stress away from making sure I capture every detail and allows me to focus on the conversation. I have tried other tools for this previously, and the transcription and has been nowhere near as good. I've also used it for personal calls as well, and this is where I really put it through it's paces: recording, transcribing and summarising 10-hour long roleplaying sessions, which it has done brilliantly. For a group who meets infrequently, having the Fathom summaries to look back on has been really helpful to remember what we did and where we're going next! Highly recommend.

Fathom is simply the best meeting note taker out there in a sea of tools and options. These folks are working hard to create a service that simply makes the obvious tasks of summarizing a meeting and making it table stakes. Most tools have restrictions and hiccups that make you almost want to give up. I've worked through several iterations of this which is why it was refreshing to install Fathom and let it run wild without having to adapt to their framework or accept some artificial limitations. In simple terms, It's fire.

at this point, i literally don't know how i would run a meeting without fathom capturing my notes for me. it means i can actually focus on the conversation, and know that i'll have a solid summary and transcript of what happened on the call. i love the action items it pulls out. the transcripts are quite accurate too! it's also pretty easy to navigate on the back end when you need to share with someone, or find a specific point in a chat, etc. thank you for making such an awesome app!!
