Fathom AI Notetaker is excellent. After trying multiple alternatives (Otter.Ai, Fireflies.AI, Avoma) I settled on Fathom because Fathom had the best transcript, was easiest to control when it joined meetings (Otter acted like a "virus" and "infected" all my meetings, even external ones!! and Fireflies didn't join unless you jumped through several hoops), but the real selling point is Fathom's ability to create a work team with both paid and free users! And Fathom's price is very reasonable. The only downside is that Fathom doesn't distinguish between different speakers in the same physical conference room when they join Zoom for a hybrid meeting, but this feature is hopefully in the works.
