This is the perfect companion for your meetings. It provides accurate summaries of meetings, and tracks actions very well (premium), gives you the option to download the a recording and transcript of the meeting, and emails the meeting summary automatically to your participants (if you set it up that way). I find the free version outperforms the paid version of some others out there. There's no useless functionality provided, they stick to what they say they do and do it extremely well. I highly recommend Fathom to anyone looking for an AI note taker, even if it's just for their free meeting video and transcription functionality.
The best meeting recording app out there!
I absolutely love using Fathom. It has made my meetings more productive by automatically generating clear, structured notes and summaries. One of the things that truly impressed me is that it even works flawlessly in other languages. I tested it in Croatian, and it picked up everything perfectly. It is intuitive, reliable, and a huge time-saver. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay focused on the conversation without missing any details!
Fathom Notetaker has been a total gamechanger for me. As a leader, it helps me capture clear, concise takeaways and action items from every meeting. I don’t have to rely on memory or scribbled notes—and I love that I can revisit the exact transcript without replaying the entire conversation.
