Fathom was very simple to install and it's totally changed my approach to virtual meetings. Fathom AI Note Taker has become essential to me in my job. It is a real-life example of how transformative AI is going to be in our lives. Wow, a couple years ago, I could scarcely dream of what AI would mean to mean but Fathom is here and now.
My job wouldn't be much easier without this awesome AI note taker. I used to download the transcript then use AI to summarize it before, but now it's easy! Fathom has the summary including the key discussions, highlights and next steps so everyone will still be in the loop.
Setting up Fathom was easy and straightforward. The interface is clean and very easy to navigate. One of the biggest benefits has been having all of our meeting notes and recordings in one place. It’s made it so much easier to stay organized, follow up on action items, and share insights with the team. Also, I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. Every interaction I’ve had has been friendly, prompt, and genuinely helpful. They really go above and beyond. Highly recommend Fathom to anyone looking to make meetings more productive and less stressful!
