Honestly the best AI meeting notetaker I’ve tried so far! Also, probably the most generous free plan out there! My work involves a lot of meetings like daily check-ins and it’s super helpful to have a meeting notetaker that records the entire call and automatically writes the minutes. Before, I used OBS just to record meetings, but that took up a ton of storage and wasn’t efficient at all. Having to rewatch an entire meeting just to find key points was such a HUGE pain. That’s where AI notetakers like Fathom come in handy! Before discovering Fathom, I tried several others, but their free plans were so limited, only allowing a few recordings per month. I’d either have to wait for my credits to refresh or pay for a subscription just to access recordings or transcriptions. Super hassle! Fathom, on the other hand, gives me FREE unlimited recordings and storage forever, which is an absolute game-changer! Loving this application so far!!! <3

Fathom is by far my favourite note taker. I love that it automatically "follows" me between Zoom and Google meet, and then automatically sends the recording and notes to clients or colleagues that were on the call. This means little effort to make it work and I can easily come back to review. The meeting summary and action items are also very accurate and actually useful! I'm recommending it to anyone who asks :)

Absolute game changer! Fathom has completely streamlined my meeting workflow. It automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes everything so I can stay focused and fully present during calls- immensely resourceful to be much more grounded and present. The summaries are very clear, well-structured, and make it easy to review key points and action items afterward. Such a lifesaver when it comes to attending meetings. It auto joins meetings, transcribes, and creates a summary with action items (premium), all behind the scenes. Even the free version has so much bundled in, and there's about 0 effort required to make it work, once installed and logged in. This should be in the list of essentials for anyone doing online meetings.

I've really enjoyed Fathom. It 'injects' itself automatically to my zoom meetings. With zoom now having an AI option too, I wasn't sure if I needed it but I like the recordings and transcripts better out of Fathom because it's so easy to find and search. It's been a huge time savings and helps coordinate next steps post meetings exceptionally well.
