Really useless! It turns off the sound in meetings - either my customer or myself are muted. I have to remove Fathom to be able to hold the meeting!! Then I have no notes or any recording whatsoever 🤬

The web app is very niche. - The 1-minute before the meeting notification and the button in the Google Meet for recording are very useful. - The meeting notes are mostly accurate, and didn't force the user (us) to upgrade to the premium plan. - After the call, the mail notification and the data in the mail are excellent and mostly accurate.
