Been using Fathom for a while for all my meetings and it's seriously changed the game. Being able to quickly reference something a client mentioned weeks or months ago is extremely helpful. Fathom notetaker has been a lifesaver in our meetings picking up pertinent conversations and action steps. I always double check spelling and flow of the notes as sometimes there are errors there but otherwise, I can't complain about this software! It's awesome.

Ease to set up and get going. You just connect your calendar and it's done. It lives in your menu bar and joins your meeting, so I use it everyday. After the meeting it'll share a summary that you can email to recipients, and there's a publicly available like, so the other person doesn't even have to sign up. The best thing about Fathom and the reason I picked it over others like Otter, is it's free, and does video recording. I haven't had any issues with it so far, but whenever I had a question their customer team have always an email away

I was an early adopter of Fathom and it has continued to impress over the years. We use it in almost every meeting, virtual internal calls as well as sales and client engagement. Transcriptions, Ai summaries including "Ask Fathom" about any call, integrations with zapier. Makes our lives so much easier. Can't say enough about it. No reason not to be using Fathom in my opinion.
