I’ve been really impressed with Capital One Savings—it makes saving money while shopping feel effortless. The way it automatically finds deals and rewards takes the extra work out of being smart with money, which I appreciate. I’m also excited to have my new Capital One card. The whole experience has been smooth, user-friendly, and actually motivating when it comes to managing my finances better. Definitely a great step forward for me!
Caused Gmail to run extremely slow
I just very recently was introduced to Capital One Shopping ! A girls favorite thing to do, and get rewards for doing it ! GO me...
Majorly slows down my Gmail so I had to disable it except for "on click".

This makes it so easy to get instant savings.
They are now asking to link to a personal bank account to get your rewards!! Absolutely not ok to ask for personal banking information all of a sudden. I have had this extension for years without having to do this. I have tried to reach out to support and there isn't any. It used to be easy to redeem for gift cards until now. Before this I would have given 5 stars for the extension and benefits.
When you get the cash back they offer, it's great. However, a lot of orders will be ineligible and you don't know until after you've received the order. I was supposed to get 8% cash back from Dell as a new customer, and they only gave me 2.5% cash back for existing customers, even though I was a new customer. I tried contacting support but they didn't fix it. Support doesn't respond to your requests and you only get an automated response that basically tells you they won't do anything. I ended up returning that order to Dell because of it. Services like Rakuten don't pay as much but you actually get back what they promise to give you.
