Feedly users rely on the Mini extension to quickly add new RSS sources to their feeds and save essential articles to their boards.
This extension is the official extension from Feedly. It is created and maintained by the Feedly dev team.
In version 50, if you have access to the annotation features, you will be able to add a note to the article you are saving to your boards.
If you are part of the enterprise plan and have connected your account with Slack, you will be able to mention a teammate or a Slack channel directly in this extension and quickly notify your teammates.
Privacy by default: We believe that you should own and control all your personal information. Feedly is a secure space where you can privately organize and research the topics and trends that matter to you.
This extension is only activated when you click on the button to follow an RSS feed or save an article to a board. It does not have access to any other activity or personal information.

Replacing google Reader for me...
After some poking around I got it to work exactly like Google Reader did!
Easy jump from Google Reader, with only minor changes to work flow.
Feedly can be a good solution now that Google Reader stop. And if you already use Feedly with your Google Reader subscriptions, they wil automatically be added afterwards
Ugh! Not used to useful features being removed. Updates are supposed to add more useful features not take the existing ones away.
Needs much better controls over the entire range of feeds. Having to set each feed to list view is a massive hassle. They'd do well to have a "Make it look like Google Reader" button because that's what 99% of new users want.

Everything I wanted Google Reader to be. Mobile app just needs an audio player like d7 Reader's.
Feedly is very attractive and has a super-easy import from Google Reader, but it's a bit buggy and rough around the edges. For example, it has an option to mark items as read as you scroll past, but often some items don't actually get marked as read. Additionally, viewing "ALL" items only seems to show some of the items, and I have to repeatedly refresh the page to see everything.
So far this is a great substitute for Reader if you have a lot of visual feeds (design, products, media). It allows for a lot of customization and now that they're offering a seamless transition when Reader falls they show an earnest plan to cater to our needs.
