Thank you, I love you. I hate the new layout its so bad.
Sincerely appreciated. Thank you! While I can understand what Google was attempting to do with their update, but in most cases the update resulted in a much smaller view of an image than before. This extension's attempt to restore the view works pretty well, but wish the details/related-images panel on the right had a maximum width (if you stretch out a window, you end up with a lot of black-space to the right of related-images, which I would prefer to be allocated to the main image panel on the left).
EDIT 3/5/2022 (again) did some messing around and now it's working, make sure you go into the extension settings and toggle acess on and off for it to work Edit: 3/13/2024 stopped working today xd Edit3/20/2024 ok so I know the creator was not dealing with any issues and I want to report this extension dose work in incognito mode, did some messing around with the extension in the settings trying to manually update it and now images don't even open up on the side the black background just opens up on the side, gonna try reinstalling it. Edit-2 3/20/2024 so I tested it out in on another profile and it actually worked so I'm not sure if any other extensions are getting in the way of this one, I even cleared my cookies and still no luck Edit 4/9/2024- it's working again now, sorry google is being such a pain with ruining the extension like this with their site changes. Edit 9/24/2025- I'm back and yeah images do not open anymore and it just moves the page down, thx google for breaking this extension again
Thank you so much for the great extension. The update to Google Images was the worst idea so far. I have a huge HD monitor (bad eyesight) and had to, literally, push up from my desk and lean in to see the image I'd chosen. With no movement in my lower spine it caused a great deal of pain. You've made me very happy :)
