Fui Atendidade hoje pelo Isak, e realmente estou muito satisfeita e feliz com o atendimento, eu fiquei por duas horas tentando resolver uma configuração junto ao atendimento da Shopify, que não resolveu, e depois mandou ao atendimento do Dsers, mas infelimente também não resolveu, horas depois fui resolver outro probelma com um pedido e o Isak prontamente me ajudou, perguntei sobre o primeiro problema e novamente em poucos minutos e com muita simplicidade ele resolveu, muita pressteza e dedidação, estou muito feliz e encantada com esse exemplo de boa vontade.
