I just discovered Dsers today, so there are quite a lot of new things I need to ask about, but I was warmly assisted by an employee named Ralla, who was very enthusiastic and specific, completely helping me solve each issue I encountered. After being guided specifically, I found this application quite easy to use, and I hope it brings me many orders in the future.
Ralla's support was phenomenal! As a newbie to ecommerce, I hit a roadblock with Shopify orders. Ralla's quick, professional, and helpful responses not only solved my problem but also boosted my confidence moving forward. Couldn't be happier with the experience!
