5 Stars are not enough but It will have to do because the customer service person "Aurora" was OUTSTANDING! I will have to put her at the top of how a customer service person should be, Professional, Courteous, Empathetic and Most of all Kind. DSERs I should have joined this platform long ago as they say "Better Late than Never" Keep up the Good work.
