I had an awesome experience with DSers! They responded super fast, were really friendly, and resolved my issue with care. It's rare to find such trustworthy customer service. I'll definitely be sticking with them. Highly recommend!
I am completely disappointed with Dsers. It is crazy to me that they can just charge you whatever and you have to pay the bill before they will even look at it. THEN....you dispute it. Here is my real frustration....it takes up to 20 days....working days...to correct it and issue a refund! It takes you 5 seconds to take it but 20 business days to correct your mistake? That's not good business in my opinion and will be closing my account today!
