The customer service is exceptional. I had Blanca help me on the live chat with my questions, and she helped greatly. Most importantly, she was very quick to answer my questions. I thought I'd have to wait a day or two as usual with online services, but the quality of customer service provided by people like Blanca is what is going to make me keep using DSers. Other than that, the app is great and its integration with AliExpress seems mature and robust for my business.
