I researched several different email signature programs and settled on this one. It was the most user friendly and the pricing made sense. In the short time I've owned it, I've utilized their Help desk three times. I could probably have found the answers to the questions myself, but I wanted to find out how approachable they were. I've been very pleased with the response time and the effort they put into helping me. The help desk explained things to me in an easy to understand manner and made sure I had my (minor) problem solved before closing the ticket. I'm glad I went with these guys. Recommended.

I have some issues with using two signatures, with two separate Gmail accounts, in one browser. As I understand I need separate MySignature account for each email address. And I must use the same MySignature account in the browser extension for the email signature which I want to synchronize. So I cannot have two at the same time. It may be possible but is to complicated. Not worth to spend time on the configuration. Better to copy-paste the signature in Gmail. Besides that synchronization works great. You can change your signature in the dashboard and it will be automatically updated in Gmail. With this extension there is also analytic icon added to the email thread. You can check how many times mail was read and how many clicks on your signature you had. Some more detailed analytics in this view would be nice. Currently I do not know what was clicked. But this can be checked in the general view in Dashboard.

Tried the DYI designs through other software. Spent too much time trying to get it perfect and all links working. mysignatue.io was a easy affordable solution to create multiple signatures in no time and easy installing with google extension. And with the google extension being able to track the open rate and follow up with clients is a huge bonus.

Utilising a simple icon and colour change within Gmail, you can see in an instant the open rate of your emails and within the client dashboard on MySignature, it provides an analytics interface showing exactly how many clicks your emails receive.
