I want it to shut down itself when I close Chrome. Every time I run chrome it runs without permission and an annoying web page pops up.

Ultrasurfing is extremely useful. It's lightweight and only runs as a Chrome extension, but gives me full access to all websites that are blocked on my school's network. It doesn't require any tinkering with network settings. Would r8 8/8 for functionality and ease of use.
