Although it does have a slightly annoying pop-up page, the page is easily closed and the trade off makes it worth while. I can access every single website I choose with no slow downs and best of all it's free. I rate things on how well I feel they perform and this has earned 5 stars and on every computer I install chrome, add-block plus and ultrasurf are the only 2 extensions I install. Thanks to the guys who make ultrasurf and to those who criticise their hard work all I can say is if you don't like it, don't use it or even better make your own.

I tried all kinds of programs to get around the firewall so I could get to the website I run while I was on my break at work. (I have a 2 1/2 hour layover between jobs each day, and it isn't worth the time to drive home.) Unfortunately, nothing worked until I came across UltraSurf. This little extension has been a miracle-worker. I can now get to my website without the server being blocked because the firewall somehow classified something on it incorrectly.

It at least works like its supposed to which is good just hope they eventually update it so it doesn't slow the computer down as much still its faster than other free vpn's I've used so far.
