At the beginning, it was the best, I was able to watch Youtube, go onto games and other stuff like that, but now I think its connection has been patched. It says connecting, then says Ultrasurf is having problems. It has an option to run diagnostics but it says internet connection - yes, ultrasurf connection - no. For this reason I gave a dislike.
