Yummy in my tummy.
I do have a major problem with this (otherwise excellent) extension. Most of the time, the toolbar icon appears greyed out with a question mark, as to say that either I'm not logged in (which I am) or the extension is inactive (which it's not). This is random. When I click the icon, it does successfully bring me straight to my inbox; it then becomes active. This is just slightly irritating.
I thought that the mail checker didn't tell me anything.
This is a very helpful extension if you're tired of that pesky Gmail tab pinned up all the time. Nevertheless it would be nice if it would refresh a bit quicker after I've checked my email, or at least had a manual refresh option.

To anyone on Windows experiencing grayed out mail checker on Chrome start-up - what fixed it for me is making sure Settings -> Advanced -> Changed proxy settings -> LAN Settings -> Automatically detect settings is disabled (yes, enabled is the default setting).
The app is a great idea. There is one issue that I can not seem to get around. When I first got the app it refreshed really often. As the day goes along it seems to slow down how often it refreshes the counter. Would appreciation if a fix for this issue. Otherwise great extension!
