Crappy. sometimes you have mail and puts nothing. and invents numbers
gmail checker is great, but won't always open.. an easy? work around is to open tool/extensions - and find gmail checker, then uncheck it(inactivate) and then, add check again... this resets it and it opens.. a lot of steps...but, the extension should be fixed so it works 1st time, everytime.
At first glance looks okay, until you start to realize that it doesnt work with google chrome. it happens ALL the time it doesnt connect to my gmail, i have to open it for it to show my mails, then 5 minutes later its offline again. SUCKS!

Nice, but on OS X at least I think it would be better if it fitted in with the rest of Chrome and was monochrome in colour; so it goes with the guide, refresh, home, back/forward buttons and looks more seamless. Having a bright red and white logo permanently in Chrome somehow just doesn't fit I don't think. But the extension is good though.
sometimes buggy when more than one gmail acc is open, but fine :)
The app is a bit spotty. For about a month it had seemed to have locked up. It completely froze and only functioned as a quick shortcut to bring up a gmail window. It was working marginally the month or so prior (it would only come back when I browsed to gmail). Currently it's back to full function. The jury is still out on this one.
