I would love to give this 5 stars but I am having the same problems as everyone else. The count is sometimes off, the options is grayed out and it does not always stay active until I click on it sometimes. :( Great Idea not so great execution . Please fix it soon and I will re rate.

It was great until it stoped updating. It will just have the logo and when I click on it, it will say 1 and then open my email and sure enough it never let me know until I click it. Fix this and I will give 5 stars. Thanks!

hasn't be updating me at all the last few weeks. i just thought i wasnt getting any emails so i wasnt checking. today i went in a saw i have 96 emails dating back to the 30th of june that i was never alerted about. :\
It not displays the counter.
It doesn't update live, if I not viewed mails in a tab. Also not update at sometimes.
Doesn't update in real time for me...

It shows a question mark each time I restart my browser. When I go on Gmail page, it updates. I dislike this.
