Hasn't been updated for a while, doesn't take into account the various new filters for the inbox, and makes no sound.
Very Handy
There is a bug where after you receive a new mail, and then open and read, in order for the counter on the icon to go down you need to refresh gmail (or at least close gmail and then click on the gmail icon again). It's kinda annoying to be honest.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could.. I get notified by my Android phone.. tablet & Outlook long before this plugin bothers to check since push notifications don't seem to be enabled.. for Google's plugin on Google's browser using Google's mail.. Really ? Seriously ? Oh & I'm writing this because I had to uninstall & reinstall the plugin after 1 day because the button stopped responding cold.. browser restart didn't fix.. computer restart didn't fix..
