I have the Awesome New Tab Page installed but it isn't coming up when I open a new tab!!! It was working perfectly fine yesterday! What the heck!?

Love it, but my "awesome new tab page" has been recently unavailable, since it keeps bringing up the old tab page style, although I have refreshed the page and the app, and still brings up old style :( please fix? I love this app too much to lose it!
A pretty poor substitute for igoogle in my opinion. Very few widgets have been designed for this extension and they are extensions themselves really cluttering chrome (most of which are like glorified 1" x 1" image hyperlinks). Plus the syncing on multiple devices doesn't transfer your preferences so if you do edit it you need to do so on each of your machines.
