Yes, Cheese is a piece of software written for use with web-cams and other cameras it has access to. It may not be something that should pop-up as the first result(supposing it was when that review was posted) but it is NOT an incorrect result, you really should have looked it up before posting but I am guessing you posted the review that way on purpose.(I posted this in response to him because I could not find a response that was high up enough for people not to call this a bug, plus he/she posted that as a (rhetorical)question.(they even included the question Mark!))

no audio pronunciation on linux (ubuntu)
This was by far my favourite and most-used extension till it suddenly stopped working last week. I very often double-click on words to check the meaning without having to do a whole search for them. I can't find anything that'll make it work again and it's driving me crazy now that I've got used to the luxury of just double-clicking and defining.
don't have Turkish Language.
This is by far the best extension for Chrome. I use it all the time. I no longer have to highlight a word, copy it, and then Google it for a definition.
