Are you a web developer, and have ever sent a page to a client with spelling error or typo? Or you are just a cautious one who is afraid to let this happen one day? If yes, then this small extension is just for you.
It lets you check the spelling directly on the web-page in Chrome. This way you can easily identify and fix the errors which gets missed in your favourite HTML editor even when it has also spell-check support. As this uses the Google Chrome spell checker, so it also shows the you corrections for the typo and spelling mistakes and let you edit the typos directly in the web-page.

I see some 1 star reviews but for me this was EXACTLY what I wanted! I searched for options and was directed towards Grammarly and QuillBot. I tried both but they were hard to use, or limited in some way. This does just what I wanted. I created a website but failed to spell check properly and was left with dozens of typos and misspells. I activated this and set it up and it shows me right on the web page what's wrong!
Worst App
This "whatever-you-call-it" caused me all kinds of problems. It literally attached itself to my keyboard control and caused the cursor to jump out of text boxes and begin typing and rewriting text on webpages. Perhaps if I was a mischeivious hacker this would be fine, but I am not. I'm trying to get homework done for school and build out a website. This tool doesn;t speel check anything it simply allows the cursor to jump into read only spaces and rewites other people's web pages. I cannot recommend this in any way.
did its job without issue, aside from marking some words that weren't misspelt aswell as names
Hi, I found the spelling check chrome extension and its great! Is it possible get the project zip file? If its an open source project. We want to use it on our automation tests
uninstalled and yet I still have the blinking text cursor and can't get rid of it
it worked for me after some playing around, however i get a weird issue where it automatically adds cursor: text; CSS to all my icons, buttons and links. Overriding the usual cursor: pointer; This is happening whenever the extension is activated, even if its not spell checking the website. I have to keep it turned off and remember to turn it on when i need it
