I am a bit surprised on reading so many good reviews, I honestly had a really hard time with the trial, I did it since it seemed to me a perfect tool but as other user said great idea poor in delivery. I list the issues I had in not 14 days but 8: 1. As soon as it is installed you can't drag and drop files anymore on gmail, which I use very frequently. 2.It kept unlogging and asking me to activate every time I opened and email until I "reactivated" by reloading gmail. 3.The first few days it worked by telling me when they opened my emails BUT almost since the beginning showed as "clicked" immediately after the email was sent which is impossible. 4. up to now tolerable issues BUT....then the camera stopped showing image, it opened a blank window so since day 7 more or less I could not send a single video. so the main reason for installing it did not worked from there up to the end of the trial. 5.The most annoying is not being able to SEND simple text emails, it kept saying preparing email and then gmail saved them in draft so they never sent, I had to click on the record button (when it showed up, sometimes it didn;t, and the sometimes this could let me send my emails. 6.Finally if ai pasted some text with links the links stopped working and I could not chance the blue color they usually have. In summary I believe it needs A LOT OF WORK in order to become a good tool, there seems to be a lot of effort placed on the product and the customer services answered me fast but it is simply not enough if you want to grow your customer base, my honest opinion, hopefully you don;t take it the wrong way.

bombed out! - 1. keeps asking each time to login - ANNOYING! 2. wont integrate with pc, just blank screen, no audio 3. this is a premium product. fcuk the 14 day free trial i want to know after how much is the cost. Its wasting my time to be a testing dummy so no doubt they gather 14 days of stats. Company needs to be a bit more transparent. 4. a competitor could eat this product - good in idea, poor in delivery. RESULT - this is junk, i wasted my time trying to install it twice and get it working and i still don't know the HIDDEN CHARGES and monthly fees. PS - and some people report problems eg. "it keeps dissapearing" yet give it 4/5 stars?!
