Ibotta: Price compare, cashback, item alerts

They recently put out a large bonus for shoppers to receive. However it seems they’ve also increased their internal auto-rejecting features. I’ve never had to write in for so many missed purchases. And when you do that, CS doesn’t credit you toward the bonus. They get money for you purchasing it but they don’t pay out. Don’t even think about using their browser extension because it doesn’t work. Or they turned it off. They’re insisting on an order confirmation when they can clearly see the shopping ID on my history. Plus digital content sites like VUDU don’t provide order confirmations. SCAM-meter is high on this one.

I love ibotta shopping!! Since the recent update we (as in users) can now check out in-store with walmart pay receive money in account within 24 hours or less. It only took me a few minutes to see my cash added to my account. I had issues and noticed a lot of others that are too so I just wanted to give my advice on what worked for me. If barcode doesnt read at all and shows error head to wm pay and set up account. Add any cards used to pay. Click on scan barcode then choose scan tc# at top of that then scan or type tc#. BAM that is it. $$$$$ in the bank. I hope this helps someone out that needed answers. I almost gave up due to lack of ibotta communicating via a real person and I still have a couple receipts left that I have a ticket on. Overall great app and still give it 5 stars. Always a few bugs on updates. Just please fix my food lion offers because they are already past 7 days and i spemt a lot

I have used the ibotta extension for several months. However, the past couple of weeks when i go to walmart.com I am only shown a list of retailers and no longer have my list of available offers. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling the extension as well as tried different browsers.

This is absolutely awful! I have attempted to finish adding the extension to Ibotta on at least 10 occasions. I give up. I never get the 6 digit codes and I can't seem to get any help. Don't do it!!!

I've used Ibotta since the beginning and it's one of my faves! I wish that they'd get Kroger online and not just in store, though. Kroger doesn't give you receipts from online purchases to submit and since the pandemic started we ordered groceries online. Do that, and you have the 5th star!
