It worked very well, and I made profits from it
This is a major pain for getting clarification for anything. You cannot reach them by phone, and if you send in a question, you get a canned response which may or may not address your inquiry. I have asked several times how to create a printed shopping list to take to the store, and they refuse to even address it, much less make some feeble response. Also, the information about linking accounts is inadequate.
First time using this, but it was very easy. Saved some money. Like Ibotta alot
Super easy to use and love being able to track prices on bigger ticket items I'm thinking about buying!
It was really easy to use this for a company I shop with all the time. I also use the app regularly when shopping for groceries all over the place.
After clearing my cache and cookies, uninstalling and reinstalling this app multiple times, the extension still does not work. It always gets stuck loading and will not log me in.
iBotta is a total game changer. It is so so helpful to have a little assistant there to help you save at all times. It has helped me completely boost my budget and use every dollar to its full potential. Thank you, iBotta. Could not recommend it enough.

Sucks. Rarely works. You're better off making a purchase through the ibotta app. If you choose to still use it, take a screenshot of the activated browser before and after you make a purchase. The ibotta customer service team may or may not reject it like they did mine, but it's your best shot.
