I personally shop between rakuten and ibotta because sometimes one company would have deals for a certain website while the other doesn't. It has helped me a great deal in saving just a bit of money so far, I haven't used it too much and sometimes I forget to activate the extension. Ibotta had a welcome bonus deal that took me months to resolve, because it never registered in their system that I had made a purchase during the welcome period but I did do that. They did solve it in the end, and I got $15! I think there are a few other apps like honey that you guys can try besides rakuten and ibotta. But these two are the big fish and usually would have all the deals you need.

I don't really see the point of having the ibotta extension because of all the purchases I've made in the past year I have never been credited for my purchases! I wished Ibotta would credit me for the various online purchases I've made using their extension which never show up on my account.

3 different times my grocery pick up at walmart didn't go through. walmart doesn't give receipts for pick up and delivery. I sent proof from my account and emails. first time with the bonuses i lost 120.00 2nd time 60.00 and now last week over 70.00. It infuriates me and honestly I don't know why I do pick up and delivery. My account is hooked to walmart. every email says the same thing sen pictures of order and send picktures of upc this takes me so long to do I am a senior citizen an i do pick up because i can't walk for long periods of time. I don't understand why I can't just send a picture of the order code like u do when you shop from the store. I tried sending it an it wouldn't go through Has anyone else had problems most weeks it goes through. walmart needs to give receipts. Shoprite does and so does Walgreens the other stores I shop at

I have the app on my phone and browser. I mostly use a browser to shop online, so may not use the phone app, but I have it as a nice alternative. I was going to get a weed trimmer at one vendor, when I got a notice that another one had the exact same item for $10 less. Thanks, IBOTTA. I decided to try this app because I can get the rewards through cash back deposited in my bank account, rather than having to buy a gift card, as a competitor forces one to do. So far, I've been using it for a month or less, it seems to be a good app.
