It's great when it actually gives you the points. I like being alerted but sometimes you don't get the points. It's inconsistent which is a shame. And I am wondering if it is causing glitches in the To Do List as when I click it the page takes forever to come up and then I have to right click on the VOTE button. So I am not even sure if I am getting those points. And it is impossible to get a response from customer care. I have been a member for at least 12 years so I know how it works when it works.
There has been a few purchases I made that I did not get points, for some reason when I clicked to activate it didn't work and after I made my purchase it didn't give me the points.
I enjoy getting my chrome extension rewards. They add up quickly.
It's nice when you get your points. My experience is you get credit about 50% of the time Ten months later I'd say you get your points abot 20% of the tme, it says active, I'll even double check, but most of the time no points. I'm close to enough points for a $100 Amazon gift card. After I get those points I'm done.

It's nice when it works, but that is only about half the time. It's very frustrating and a real hassle to try to get the points to credit so I usually don't even bother. It would be great if it was more reliable.
this is a must have if you want to get points when shopping on line. it has helped me a lot. love that is pops up so when you are shopping you can click on it and get points when you check out
Not reliable when shopping. I activate it before shopping and too often after I submit the order, I discover it dropped because the green dot is gone. Therefore no points awarded. As it is with mypoints, score gets worse as time passes.
it is very inconsistent, some times you get the points and other times not. Makes me unhappy about that.
Love Swagbucks, love gift cards. Score helps with both.
