Thank you for bringing back the panel, putting review back to 5 stars. :) Unlocker not working sometimes was a more minor issue, for me I would try to use chrome as pdf viewer to auto-TL local files which didn't really work. I know there's other OCR + TL stuff for that but using panel tool was always more convinent for me. But the bigger issue was that sometimes things get wonky and using panel to selectively translate a few lines at a time was a handy option. Cluttered panels with lots of vertical text are frequently a huge pain with translated text boxes overlapping and some being of odd sizes, and with very large images with lots of text sometimes the OCR would randomly ignore some lines, so panel tool is just a nice versatile thing to have as an option when needed. I really like the stuff someone else suggested about giving panel tool a button to manually refresh instead of intermittently auto-refreshing until it eventually gives up and needs the whole page to refresh to work again, to make it more convinent for stuff like watching videos. Being able to select from multiple translation services in the future would also be nice, since sometimes the cheesy phrases this one likes to use feel kinda out of place, but obviously that depends a lot on being able to afford business-scale subscriptions to a bunch of seperate services so I have no clue if that's viable, much less something you feel worthwhile to impliment. Just wanna get the thought out there!

The translation speed and quality has improved quite a bit. For a while it was inconsistent with speed and translation. Also, I know the unlocker feature is getting some hate but in my experience it has been pretty solid so far. At times it can get a bit slow but it is nice and handles most translation well. The only thing I noticed the extension struggles with a lot so far like vertical reading format as supposed to horizonal where it is flawless at detecting text. In vertical reading format like korean webtoons after sliding a decent amount the translation basically freezes and you have to refresh. Either way I am glad the product is innovating each year. Good luck you have my support for all your hard work!

So I just tried the extentsion, and as someone who has been looking for something like this that isnt a machine translation this is exactly what I ordered for a long time. But I am curious if the free trail has a timer before I can use it again, as due to my country inflation it would be a little bit privcy for me to pay it monthly Plus dont take this as me begging or being rude. I was just curious and I hope you guys continue in the future

Please add back the panel function! The translator works so well, but a large amount of the time the panel function is needed to translate pages completely. I've tried the new unlocker, but it made no difference. Additionally, the unlocker added a new level of difficulty with using the translator (and, I really like this extension for its ease of use). I agree with other reviewers. If more money is needed for the panel function, I'll commit to it! The app is generally a 5/5, but the loss of the panel function really take away the app's ability to translate almost any text. That's where the 1/5 come from.
