Stopped working in Dec no one will help to fix it. didn't work all that great to begain with. Won't connect to everyone so we are missing data.
This extension stopped working with my HubSpot integration ( only reason I use it) - it has been weeks and still no fix. There does not seem to be an urgency in fixing it. Pretty dissappointing.
Have Vonage Desktop, installed Chrome extension to make calling easier, ie copy anc click. The service does not work though... Cannot find any info on configuration changes that need to be made to or troubleshoot. I would add however Vonage Desktop app and web app are fantastic.
Extension works but causes some other issues with browser. On a website I use that shows you a date and time for when something was done this extension seems to convert that 'date stamp' to a long number that makes no sense the only thing that fixes it is disabling this extension. It would be a big improvement if we could add domains to be ignored somewhere in the extension.
Glitchy, unreliable, and after hours of frustration, I found out this extension is the culprit as to why google images wont expand images when clicked. Vonage programming is a nightmare--their desktop softphone is just an HTML overlay of their web-app which is also unreliable. Causes all sorts of audio issues with chrome. Goodness hire some real developers.
I haven't found a way to actually integrate this with Bullhorn. I called support and they were not able to help. There isn't a prompt to enter my Bullhorn credentials. Update 3/10: Still not functional. They just keep saying my ticket is escalated... No one ever calls... Update 3/22: I received a call from an amazing woman named Alexis and she fixed everything. I was signed up for the wrong bullhorn plugin- fixed. I was not using click to dial correctly- fixed. I'm getting use to all of its functionality, but so far so so good.
