Nice
Nice extension which I use nearly every day. However a couple of points since the big update: - The background gradient is in my opinion quite ugly and it makes the extension quite difficult to look at. Please consider having a solid colour as the background, or at least a smoother gradient. Solid white was fine. - Both the stop and record button are shown together before anything is being recording. Showing the stop button is confusing and at the start I thought it was continually recording - because why should the stop button be shown if there is nothing to stop? - I don't want my recordings to be automatically saved. I would like the option to change the "Recent recordings to keep" option to 0. - There was a yellow badge on the icon saying "1". But when I clicked on the icon, it was not clear what I should be looking for. The badge only disappeared after clicking around through all the tabs in the extension. If the badge was to indicate there was new news or feature, I would like to disable this badge. I don't need to be notified about such updates... A feature suggestion: - Have a keyboard shortcut to start / stop the recording without having to manually go into the extension. A similar extension that I used had this feature and it was very useful.
I'm leaving a positive review because I've found it works great when the sample rate is specific
