It is an amazing platform to explore products. I had a great experience using it.
Pros: I had an excellent experience with the login feature on the Kapiva.in platform using a mobile number, enabling effortless and efficient logins. The ability to select products based on specific concerns provides users with a truly exceptional and effortless searching experience. The "Real People, Real Stories" feature facilitates easy access to feedback for users. The excellent product advertisement below, especially the "Why Kapiva?" section, effectively addresses common customer questions. The seamlessly integrated feature at the top of the homepage allows users to view the latest product advertisements and detailed explanations about the products and articles. Cons: The background color of the product matches the font color used for ratings, making it challenging to discern product ratings. I propose adding a feature allowing users to close the menu bar by clicking outside of it, enhancing user flexibility. Currently, users must click the designated close (X) button in the top right corner, which may feel restrictive. There appears to be a bug where the search bar automatically triggers searches for both relevant and irrelevant products as users type. While this could enhance the search experience, it results in multiple API calls, potentially straining servers. Additionally, clearing the search bar and pressing enter doesn't redirect users to the homepage, inconveniencing them. Providing users the option to utilize the web application for accessing the free doctor consultation feature, instead of installing an application from the Play Store, would offer greater flexibility. It's advisable to avoid using background blur when clicking on the menu bar, as it currently obscures the Kapiva.in platform.
