Amazing extension! I do not have any complaint. Even if I had any complaint, I would not write it because this extension is extremely helpful in any video without subtitles and with bad sound quality.

Excelente va perfecto!
It's not working, or at least the way it works is really unclear. I was using Netflix and decided to upload custom subtitles, and I get the 'Subtitles ready to play' notification. But I have no idea what to do after that, and the subtitles I uploaded don't play. The official Substital site offers no help at all. I followed every step in the tutorial video, and it still doesn't work. And no, it's not a synchronization issue, as the original subtitles continue to play. So what am I doing wrong?
