This program hasn't been updated in forever, and is very buggy.
IT'S HAVING MAJOR F------ ISSUES
Not working
Used to be great, using links to call has been broken since google talk moved into Hangouts. Please, please update and fix these issues.
best tools for my business
The icon keeps spinning in a circle every time it refreshes. Distracting. If I have missed call or txt and read it on my phone, the desktop extension still shows it as new.
You would think Google I mean FKN GOOGLE could get this to work again. On my old but kicking aspireone voice fails when makeing the innital call out to yourself (google voice app on this computer like it did a couple years back, the dialpad will not appear and most of there is no incoming call signal or button to awnser eigther,,,. just worthless for voice calls period. yes sms messages run great but there are 500 apps that do it as well and/or faster. BOOO BOOO BOOO
It is what it is, Convenient and FREE
The app works beautifully on Cyanogenmod 11.2 Android (kitkat) 4.4.4 nightly build on my Samsung S2 hercules. Ya, an old Samsung and it works beautifully. It also works beautifully in Chrome Browser as an extension in Linux/Ubuntu 14.04 AMD64 Desktop OS. So I wonder what OSes those people who complain about it's bugginess are running????????? There are ways to get around the stranglehold most Service providers put on their 'doctored' Android OS versions.
