Great Add On - Nice and Easy
After using the Google Voice(GV) extension for years. I'm going to remove it from my browser today. As it doesn't seem to have purpose in my daily life. I will be replacing it with the Google Keep Ext. which has a huge presence in my daily life. I have nice things to say about GV and I have used it since the beginning. Google Voice is much better than Hangouts for making calls from Chrome. You can use an actual telephone or cellphone to make calls. Hangouts uses the computer which is horrible and illegal in some workplaces. Dear Google, Please do not cede internet telephony to Hangouts over Voice. Please make it easier to make calls from telephone numbers using Google Voice from Chrome. Phone numbers with different formats don't work. They are not recognized as phone numbers.
How do I send texts with it????
Been using it for years. Text/email alert feature much easier than dialing multiple VMs.
Doesn't work at all for making phone calls. Though it is polite in telling me to "please try again"
Doesn't work. You click on the link and it says "Try again". I use google voice with hangouts.
I love this, but after a short while it usually hangs forcing me to re-install.
Newest update to Chrome disables this extension.
