This is by far the best extension to me.I love being able to text from the little popup while i surf or am doing something.Its awesome! The major problem is the calling.I hate taking off my headset to make calls over and over in a single day,would be so easy to do it from google voice,which you can.But the interface/setup is bad.You have to select a forwarding phone. OK,so i pick google chat, but then you have to be logged into chat and gmail has to be open in tab to receive a call.You then answer your chat phone then get forwarded to the number you originally called from google voice.VERY VERY STUPID! Why isnt the chat phone integrated right into google voice so u can use the google popup to make calls the same way the texting works.And if its insisted that u use chat to have to make calls,at least find a way to make the call work without having to be in gmail or its tab open,i even tried google mail offline to see if i could get past this ,but no such luck!
Worked great up to 3/2013. Now the dropdown menu is VERY slow to load and quick to throw up a grey question mark.
I wish there were an easier way to switch accounts, call routing, and notifications settings. Overall, however, it does its job.
i love it!
The only thing that would make this better is after I type the person's name I'm texting. If I press tab, it does not go to the message portion. I have to click it. Not awful, but it is inconvenient.

Used to work fine, but now the drop down stopped to work
I loved this extension up to the point where it suddenly stopped working on one of my computers. Still use it everywhere else, though.
Great app save me a bundle of minutes.
