good app tanks google
Like it was said before, this extension works great most the time. Sometimes when I type in a text and press send, it doesn't send the text message. I can tell because it doesn't show up when I open the Google Voice webpage. I'm not sure why this is happening but for the past 2 days, it has occurred when I try to send my first message--maybe the message is lost when it tries to log in? Also, when I tried to submit a bug report it didn't let me because this extension wasn't listed in the Apps I have however, I do have it installed. Another thing, when the balloons on the bottom right corner pop up (when they pop up), it only shows the name of the person who sent you the text message and NOT the message itself, like it used to be.
saves me from answering solicitors, the transcription is good enough to figure out better then some of the messages I get.
clicking between tabs no longer works w/ Chrome OS
Just needs to have that international texting...
I use it all of the time at my computer since I use my google voice as my primary number. In the developer version of Chrome, you can click the desktop notification to close it. Also, I wish there was a Ctrl+Enter to send option like Gmail, but other than that, I have no complaints.

It's very nice and I would highly recommend it. Wish Tab through order would work correctly.

I love google voice, but this extension is nearly useless because the number on the notification badge wont update unless you actually visit the google voice webpage (then the icon spins and the badge goes away no problem!). Would give 5 stars if the notification number on the badge changes after you read the new messages on the popup menu. (The whole point of having the extension is so you never have to go to the google voice page.)
