I downloaded it today. It froze up immediately after I clicked to open it. Specifically, a pop-up window appeared on the upper right corner, asking me to dock it but none of the buttons responded to my clicks.

Every time I try to use it without looking over the documentation immediately beforehand I struggle with it so it isn't exactly intuitive but the documentation is good (and has improved over time). When I take the time to read the documentation and set it up correctly, I am always impressed with how well it works and how easy it is to use. Due to the fact that opens a window in your browser and effectively browses the site, as you while it scrapes and therefore preserves cookies, extensions, authentication, user agent etc. it works on sites when other scrapers fail.
