最新chrome61.0.3163.79，滚轮平衡，向下滚动失效了
After the update smooth scroll get messy in many sites.
很好用一直用，但是最近 Chrome 升级为 61后，鼠标滚轮的相关功能全部失效（启用后，页面无法滚动）。 请尽快修复！谢谢 Very good , I am using it for a long time however the scroll related-features are all disable / doesn't work on latest Chrome Ver. 61 . please fix it if you can. Thank you very much!! Highly recommended .
更新到了最新版chrome62，鼠标滚动在部分网站出现问题，无法下滚，比如知乎、cnbeta等等

Very fun
Great extension for those who used to enjoy Opera's gestures. Unfortunatelly after the latest chrome update scroll down stopped working for the most web sites. For those who expirence the same problem try to disable option "Smooth scroll" on scrolling tab in extension's settings.
После обновления на версию 61.0.3163.79. Перестал работать скролл везде. Отключаю данное расширение, всё работает. After updating to version 61.0.3163.79. Stop working scroll everywhere. I disable this extension, it works.

I am not sure how fast this update is, but the obvious thing is that some sites have JavaScript errors. (If you stop using it, you will not get JavaScript error.) Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'addRule' on 'CSSStyleSheet': Cannot access StyleSheet to insertRule
