This connection is easily the most productive and efficient system we currently use!
Unlike the sales team, my operations folks don't have the full Salesforce Inbox service, but this extension still makes it stupid easy to associate communications to suppliers to their associated accounts making it easy to find something regardless of who initially got it in their inbox. Game changer.
Have used many other solutions for synching email and calendar with salesforce. This is the first one that feels right in terms of workflow and design. You can't customize as much as you can with some other options, but the cost and simplicity more than makes up for that. Highly recommend this solution.
The new updates have made it really solid, auto-relating emails, such a plus, my users cannot use the built in SalesForce email it is too clunky. This is a solid way of relating those emails to projects automatically which is the best way for busy Sales people.

Provides us with great functionality to easily attach emails to salesforce records. Some of the functions don't work such as "View All" in the related lists when we need to find a specific related list record to attach an email to. Overall it is helpful and was a complete replacement to Cirrus Insights.
