Great extension, works well and a real productivity booster.
Se integra perfectamente con Google. Me pregunto la razón por qué EAC sin INBOX solo conserva 6 meses de datos, ya que contando con INBOX llega a los 24 meses sino recuerdo mal, pero con INBOX funcionando, la sincronización entre plataformas no puede ser unidireccional Salesforce - Google sino bidireccional o Google - Salesforce exclusivamente.
Works wonderfully for adding emails to a record.
very useful, but crashes and needs reloading... also feed feature sometimes gets frozen for days (no updates)
Overall works well. I reallllly dislike the auto-labeling "related to Salesforce" and I can't figure out how to turn that off.
Can't live without it. Saves me time everyday. Love it!
This is a great efficiency driver for us. Allows us t have all our customer emails in Salesforce.
