Frequently gives "Unexpected Error" messages. Generally unreliable.
Great resource when it works. Recent updates make it fee much more clunky as well. The wrong account will populate on logs and you have to scroll through a large email box to get to the right account name.

=== Dec 2025 update === I haven't been able to get this extension to do *anything* for months now. The previous version showed up directly in my G-suite apps and worked great, but the new version that shows up with the other browser extensions does nothing at all when I click it. === Original review === Getting signed out is a bummer, esp when you use SSO because you have to jump through some hoops to get back in. However, the rest of the functionality is a lifesaver. It saves me so much time looking up info and logging customer comms. It's a great little utility -- just fix that authentication behavior please 🙏
I'd give it a 5 if it wouldn't keep signing out. Ugh! Otherwise it really helps with productivity.
