It's a wonderful tool that really leverage the power of SalesForce. A must have plugin.
It should be able to do more.
It has worked very well so far but, as of 23 August 2024, it is not possible to log a new task or new event via the extension. Any time I click on the date field, the Salesforce side panel goes all grey (it does not show an error name or number - it is just all dark grey). All other fields work.
Extension is great, however, whenever I try to add a new task or new event via the extension, whenever you click on "date due", the system will generate an error. This error only happens on windows platform.
This extension is awesome! Improves efficiency.
Fairly good integration with SF. Easy to use and work most of the time. The new update makes it easier to record relevant emails.
This app used to be amazing and then SF rebuilt it. It has been riddled with errors and absolutely horrific. Our sales teams now refuse to use it and I spend hours a week taking and uploading error logs and dealing with technical support, and they aren't helpful at all. Another mis-step on the part of SF and their teams. Honestly sad....
Does this work with Salesforce Sandbox instance ?
The Google-Salesforce integration is a key productivity enhancement tool for the company I work for and our daily responsibilities. Specifically, the ability to create email templates within Google, which are saved and sharable with others on our Salesforce platform, makes things so much more streamlined. It also helps with accountability. The Salesforce-Google Chrome extension and integration definitely accelerates deals, rapport building, and overall workflow with our customers.
I wish it could be set to auto-log for matched Contacts, but otherwise this is great.
