extension has wrong name.. it doesnt block shorts it just makes them into normal videos. I WANT TO PERMANENTLY REMOVE SHORTS FROM EVEN APPEARING ANYWHERE ON YOUTUBE pls can i do that xd

Just perfect. I can still watch shorts from my subscriptions but my monkey brain won't automatically start doomscrolling.
Very misleading name for an extension but I installed it knowing what it was for and it works so I have no complaints. I have no idea why Youtube doesn't already play Shorts as normal videos on desktop. It makes sense for mobile but not for desktop where I want to have my progress bar and other video settings.
