Thank you for this extension. It is exactly what I have been looking for. It is a very good tools. It would be great to have a feature that highlights words while reading. Thanks in advance!
After spending several days searching for a free extension that offers natural language speech capabilities, I found it quite challenging to locate one. I am pleased to have finally discovered this extension and sincerely appreciate Travis's efforts in making it freely available. His contribution encourages others to acquire knowledge through listening rather than reading, thereby enhancing learning efficiency.
yeahhh bro this is what we needed no more opening edge and having it eat all my resources every time i want to give my eyes a lil break, it doesn't work on a number of sites notably grok and a highlight feature would add a lot but overall great work man props. hopefully you're wise with our data too :D
I really like it except for one very important thing. It wont read text by AI. I tried grok and it wont read it. I tried the brave search AI and it wont read it. The pause and stop buttons show up but no audio. It reads regular stuff but just not AI response text.

This is the best text-to-speech extension I've used, and it's free! Most others require an API key or some other subscription. Highly recommend
