This is the companion extension for the Chrome Remote Desktop website (https://remotedesktop.google.com). This extension enables you to install, view, and modify the Chrome Remote Desktop native client from the web UI.

Chrome Remote Desktop allows users to remotely access another computer through Chrome browser or a Chromebook. Computers can be made available on an short-term basis for scenarios such as ad hoc remote support, or on a more long-term basis for remote access to your applications and files. All connections are fully secured.

Chrome Remote Desktop is fully cross-platform. Provide remote assistance to Windows, Mac and Linux users, or access your Windows and Mac desktops at any time, all from the Chrome browser on virtually any device, including Chromebooks.

I've tried reinstall Chrome browser and latest Mac OS, 10.14.5 on both computers, I can see the remote screen but not action on mouse event and keyboard (typing, send command etc.) Same situation tried to remote from iPad Pro, android phone.

Desde la última actualización ha empeorado, la conexión se corta repentinamente y es necesario tener abierto el chrome lo cual es innecesario. Ojalá resuelvan los problemas que presenta, sino cambiaremos de aplicación de escritorio remoto.

The old version worked great. Can't get this new "web" version to connect even though it shows the PCs as "Online". Ugh.

I've been testing this for internal use on shared computers in our research laboratories. The new version is totally and completely unworkable. Let's ignore that support codes expire after just 5 minutes, and that users have to be physically present to confirm the remote connection. The fact is: it just doesn't work. After finally convincing it to download and install, I immediately see timeout errors, connection failure errors, and notices to "disable any browser extensions and try again". After wasting two hours, time for TeamViewer...

Доброго дня. Коли я віддалено намагаюсь підєднатись з браузера ноутбугу, і відкриваю деякі программі на весь екран, доступ закрівається, и написно, що маю перевстановіти додаток на новий. Але він і так новий. З мобільного додатку такої проблеми не трапляється... А так, чудова программа. Дякую!

之前完全無法連線，後來發現要關掉VPN才可以使用起來沒有先前獨立版本那麼直覺和反應快速，但還算不錯，適合偶爾連線使用不過偶爾會斷線，不明原因，希望至少能改進這點
