This is the companion extension for the Chrome Remote Desktop website (https://remotedesktop.google.com). This extension enables you to install, view, and modify the Chrome Remote Desktop native client from the web UI.
Chrome Remote Desktop allows users to remotely access another computer through Chrome browser or a Chromebook. Computers can be made available on an short-term basis for scenarios such as ad hoc remote support, or on a more long-term basis for remote access to your applications and files. All connections are fully secured.
Chrome Remote Desktop is fully cross-platform. Provide remote assistance to Windows, Mac and Linux users, or access your Windows and Mac desktops at any time, all from the Chrome browser on virtually any device, including Chromebooks.

* setup is a drag to discover that enabling a test user on test machine requires logging into chrome with a new identity of test user rather than logging in with test user under current google account in chrome (yeah confusing AF) * response is super slow, whilst teamviewer is super fast * mouse is replaced by a 1 pixel black dot mostly, so unusable
Je to na nic. V praxi naprosto nepoužitelné. Když poskytujete podporu, tak nemáte oprávnění instalovat software. Takže podporu neposkytnete. Tohle se vážně nepovedlo. Raději používejte teamviewer.

The idea is nice but the execution allows for very little functionality. I thought the extension would have some basic settings like being able to zoom in, choose which monitors you want to display, etc, but no, it just goes to the remote desktop access website. As if you need an extension to do that. Without these extremely basic functions, this is fairly useless (at least for me as a designer).
ótimo, consigo acessar outros computadores e permitir acesso ao meu, inclusive monitorar o PC pelo celular.
Esta muy bien me gusto, solo me gustaría que quitaran el cuadro de dialogo que aparece cuando estoy escribiendo o moviendo el mouse, si pudieran hacer eso estaria mas que excelente!
